Directed by the chef Daniel Plá and the nutrition professor at the University of Córdoba, Rafael Moreno Rojas. Attendees will have the opportunity to assess the qualities and sensations of tap water in Cordoba.

We will establish «the tasting sheet» of the water of Córdoba. In collaboration with EMACSA.
