As a complement to the B2B meetings, national/international distribution and the HORECA sector will be able to enjoy the presentation of “Beyond Organic” products. Products that stand out for their innovation, high organoleptic quality, low environmental impact and health benefit, going “beyond ecological certification”. This year, 16 companies participating in the B2B meetings will have the opportunity to present their products together with chefs specialized in organic production led by Michelin star holder Kisko García: Jesús Barranco, Rafael Bellido, Adrián Caballero, María del Pilar Castro, Miriam Cózar and Patricia Luque. Throughout 12 live cooking workshops you will learn about and taste organic honey, beer, oils and vinegars, pastas, teas, wines…

Chefs of recognized prestige will present organic foods that come to widen our sensory experience: gastronomy as an inexhaustible source of pleasure and health with the look always attentive to the environment.

Once again, the best organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Wines, recognised with the Ecoracimo and Ecotrama Awards, will have a special place in Biocórdoba, where professionals will have the opportunity to taste them guided by experienced sommeliers and tasters. During the celebration of Biocórdoba, the Award ceremony for the Ecoracimo and Ecotrama 2018 Awards will take place.
